سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

• يمكنك استبدال المنتجات فقط خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج لداخل المملكة فقط.
• المنتجات المراد استبدالها ينبغي أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية دون نزع لبطاقة معلومات المنتج المرفقة أو اللواصق الموجودة على المنتجات وأن تكون مغلفة بالغلاف الأصلي وغير مستخدمة.
• لا يحق للمستهلك الاستفادة من سياسة الاسترجاع بعد انقضاء المدة المحددة
• يتحمل العميل تكلفة إرجاع المنتجات من خلال شركة شحن يتفق عليها كلا الطرفين.

Exchange and return policy

You can exchange products only within 3 days from the date of receiving the product inside the Kingdom only- 

- The products to be replaced should be in their original condition without removing the attached product information card or the stickers on the products, and they should be wrapped in the original packaging and not used

 The consumer is not entitled to benefit from the exchange policy after the expiration of the specified period -

 The customer shall bear the cost of exchanging the products through a shipping company agreed upon by both parties -
